I've had the opportunity to lead dynamic creative teams and play a pivotal role in propelling the growth of multiple start-ups, including companies like FabFitFun and Verishop.
Having successfully built teams from the ground up and restructured existing ones, I've acquired the ability to navigate challenging situations and find effective solutions for both the people involved and the companies.
With a simple mission in mind – making people's lives better by sharing what I've learned – I've walked the same path, experiencing both the pitfalls and the routes to success. I'm known for my honesty and direct approach – and am here to provide support and guidance in any way I can.
